Quietscribe is free to use for personal and commercial work. You don't need an account. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Your content

Your files and the transcripts or subtitles you create belong to you. The tools run in your browser, so we don't receive or store your files. You are responsible for having the right to transcribe and publish the recordings you use.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, to infringe anyone's copyright or privacy, or to try to disrupt the site for others.

No guarantee

The tools are provided as they are, without any warranty. AI transcription can contain mistakes, so check results before relying on them, especially for legal, medical or other important uses. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update the tools and these terms. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed.
